Fabulous Friday Finds: Under $100

This week's "Fabulous Find" for under $100 is a year-round necessity: Sunglasses! I love sunglasses so much, and can never have enough! These Marc by Marc Jacobs Metal Logo Rimless Shield Sunglasses are a chic and fun style that will never get old.

This is an amazing price for a designer brand like Marc by Marc Jacobs- these would be the perfect pair of sunglasses for the fashionista that wants a 'designer' brand at a reasonable price (especially great for people who have a tendency to lose/break sunglasses so they don't want to spend $400 on one pair, but still want to have chic designer shades).

These sunglasses feature a rimless aviator look with gradient lenses. There are Marc by Marc Jacobs logo embossed circles at the temples, which offer a subtile look. These sunglasses come in a few color combinations including: gold and white spiegel, light gold and brown, palladium and teal, & ruthium and black gray. Q49 Hillier Purse

I am in LOVE with this fierce new addition to the Marc By Marc Jacobs handbag collection! The 'Q49 Hillier' Hobo is amazing, and I love it not only because of its perfection, but also because I am so happy with my previous purse purchases from the Marc By Marc Jacobs brand!
My first blog review ever was about the Marc Jacobs bag that I purchased at the beginning of this summer (Click here: Fab-YOU-lous: Marc by Marc Jacobs "Classic Q - Ukita")- Months after this purchase and blog review, I still adore this bag- I am actually wearing it today ;) It has made it through being stuffed to the brim with everything imaginable (from high heels to a laptop) and survived rainstorms and crazy weather, but has gotten more soft and gorgeous with every use! I couldn't be happier with my Classic Q Ukita purse, so I really would love to expand my Marc Jacobs collection, and this Q49 Hillier Hobo is the perfect bag to do so with!
The Q49 Hillier is similar to my Ukita, but the biggest difference is the colors available- I am obsessed with this color 'Peacock' that is available in this style! This bag's dimensions are 14"W x 12"H x 5"D, which would be a medium/large size, giving you lots of space for all of your necessities.
I adore the gold toned logo bar in the top center of this bag, which adds subtle dimension to the slouchy, beautiful, and soft leather. Another fantastic detail, as with all Marc Jacobs bags, is the inside lining- This bag's lining is especially fun, as you can see in the picture above. The Q49 Hillier has such a youthful and festive bright red star print, just adding to the amazing details of this bag. The strap is removable and adjustable, so you can wear the bag long, crossbody, or remove the long strap entirely and wear it under your arm.
This purse also comes in different colors, including 'Dangerouge', the fun color seen above. I adore this hobo: the details and design are spot on with the Marc Jacobs brand, making this bag a showstopper and necessity for every fashionista!

Marc by Marc Jacobs "Classic Q - Ukita"

Time for my first review!

I just finished my finals yesterday and was SO excited to come home and see this fabulously beautiful purse waiting for me!!! :) I have been eyeing it for quite some time now every time I walked through Nordstroms, and finally caved in to buy it. I needed a purse for NYC this summer- it needed to be large enough for a laptop and books, cross body style, durable, and have a closed/covered flap- this "Classic Q- Ukita" definitely covers all the bases. I love the color (I got black) and the hardware is gorgeous (a very shiny, light gold). It has a magnetic closure, interior zip, and cellphone pocket. The Marc Jacobs logo-print lining is adorable! The bag is cross body, but it also has the option to be an under arm bag as well (you can either remove the long cross body strap or leave it on, either way looks great); This allows a transition from day to night, makes this bag look different, and gives you an option about how to wear it. I would absolutely recommend this bag to anyone who wants to be trendy, but still needs some functionality in a bag as well.

Verdict= Love it (4/5 stars)
